when making an appointment, either through the website or through us personally, we do require you to have a credit/debit card on file as we do have a 24 cancellation notice. It will be kept in the secure square app and will be charged only If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged half of the service booked. If you don't show up to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service. Thank you for understanding.
